Today I want you to choose a parable for your animation. Take your time and try to stay away from  the really short ones.

Kindergarten - Thursday



 Students should  work on #19 ABCya  under the Kindergarten section.  

Activity 1.   Go to purple folder and work on Type Rocket. Reminder do  not cross the red line on your keyboard.After 5-8 minutes you may go to the orange Holiday folder on this site and work on 
Activity 2.  The Valentine Puzzle. 
Activity 3. Once you have completed this puzzle you may go to purple folder and work on learn ABCya Buttons.  This will be a review for you.  
Activity 4. If there is time left you may choose any activity from the purple folder for the remainder of class

Third Grade



Today you will search for five (5) interesting facts about your state.  Using the sites listed on my website on the right-hand side you should find information on each state.  You may go to the States and Capitals box or  or the U.S. States Activities and Links. Once you have located your 5 facts you may work on any of the activities in these two boxes.

Interesting facts to find:
The year your state became a state
A famous person from your state
Professional sports team
Tourist attraction
One industry
Population of state
State flower
State logo
Was a president born in your state?
What is the year round temperature for you state?
How many states connect to the border of your state?

Please record your answers on paper. Write your name at the top of the paper before you turn it in at the end of class.

Yearbook

Go to Balfour site and work on pages. Read the notes I have left for you. I will see you on Monday. We will have a working lunch meeting on Monday, February 11.Bring your lunch and join me in the lab.

Activity 2.  Purple folder Cup Stacking. Do your best and do not cross the red line on your keyboard
Activity 3. Go to the aqua/ light blue folder labeled Numbers and work on Math Fact Shoot out.  Start out on addition for beginners and work up to next level.
Activity 4. Their choice of activities on ABCya first grade.
